I love the game of golf. I have spent the majority of my life chasing a little white Titleist all over golf courses and I truly enjoy it! Golf is one of my passions. I love to teach and share it with others. I truly enjoy helping people, participating in and watching their growth and development. Teaching is also a passion and by combining this with my love for the game of golf, I’ve definitely found my calling in life. I light up inside when beginners hit the ball for the first time, or when advanced-intermediate players learn something new. Teaching golf is more than a nine-to-five job for me, it has become a way of life. I have a core knowledge and mastery of fundamentals and technical aspects of the golf swing. However, though necessary, it is not the most important part of the impact I try to make as a teacher. I thrive on relationships and developing a partnership with individuals. Together we establish goals and explore the paths to their success. People have different goals:
I am humbled and flattered when people come to take golf lessons with me. People’s time is valuable and I respect that. I have spent a life time in pursuit of truths in this game. The one truth I have discovered is that golf is a game that mirrors life. There is no perfect golf swing. There is more than one way to do something and do it well. My students and I walk this path together. There will be ups and downs, highs and lows, but it’s the ability to make the necessary adjustments to all the variables in this game that ultimately define your own personal success.
